January Resolutions

Instead of doing yearly resoultions I thought my goals will be more effectively acheived by doing them month by month. Every month I will post new goals for that month and then report my results at the end of the month. It will keep me motivated to come up with ways to improve myself and hopefully I will better meet them.

January Goals
  • Run on the treadmill atleast 3 times a week
  • Compliment somebody everyday
  • Drink more water, hopefully discouraging me from drinking Dr. Pepper so much
  • Go on a date night twice this month
  • Finish reading the book on being a better parent and implementing the suggestions

I could easily come up with more, but I feel if I list too many I will get overwhelmed making it hard to accomplish them. I will list new ones every month and may possibly do some of these every month until it becomes habit in my life. I want to be a better person this year and am willing to make changes as needed.

Nice! I can't wait to see how this all goes... especially throughout the year! And now that it's public knowledge, you will look pretty silly if you don't follow through!!!!! Good luck... heeheehee!!!
